How Does LinkedIn ProFinder Work?
You’ll complete a questionnaire detailing your needs (goals, timeframe, location, etc.).
Within 24 hours, LinkedIn will send you custom proposals from professionals (vetted by LinkedIn) ready to help. The proposals will be sent to you via email.

So … how does one become one of the LinkedIn vetted professionals? Granted, I’m a lawyer, not one of the listed professionals, and granted, I’m not in California, but I’m a patent lawyer many of whose clients are far-flung from my physical location.
So how do I let LinkedIn know that my services are available to users of this new platform?

You become one of the LinkedIn vetted professionals by having a powerful LinkedIn profile and presence. The LinkedIn ProFinder team will reach out to you as they did to me. They also asked me who I recommended in the initial rollout categories.
